For Your Convenience…

We offer online booking up to 2 hours in advance! (We do not take walk in appointments) Online booking is fast and super easy. You create your own account with your own password (that we NEVER see) and you’re able to schedule, reschedule and/or cancel your own appointments. Services are arranged by member, please click the members name that you would like to book with on the right and select from their offered services. Click Here to Book Online

To book an appointment over the phone please visit the Member Directory and call the person you would like to book with directly.​


In order to book online, we do require a valid credit card at the time of booking, this is for the guarantee of the appointment. Your card is never charged, unless you do not provide a 48 hour notice of a cancellation/reschedule, or you no show up for the appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The Members of Nirvana Healing Center are committed to providing our clients with exceptional care. When a client reschedules without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Cancellation fees are as follows:
Less than 48 hour notice – $20
Less than 24 hour notice – 50% of total appointment cost
No-Show – 100% of total appointment cost

Zero Tolerance Policy

As professional licensed therapists we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.


Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows you the time to fill out any applicable client forms, change and prepare for any services.

Late Arrivals

If you show up late or call in late to an appointment, that time shall be deducted from the session. You will still be required to pay the full session fee.


If you are sick or contagious please reschedule your appointment for another time. Please try your best to give 48 hour notice.
