Nirvana Healing Center is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient reschedules without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please call us at (408) 216-0215 by 3:00 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes. i.e. To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please call our office by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged up to the full amount for the missed appointment.

As professional licensed therapists we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

Arrival

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows you the time to fill out any applicable client forms, change and prepare for any services.

Late Arrivals

If you show up late or call in late to an appointment, that time shall be deducted from the session. You will still be required to pay the full session fee.

Rescheduling

If you must reschedule an appointment, at least 48 hour notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 48 hours is given or you no show for your appointment, for any reason, you will be charged up to the full appointment fee.

Illness

If you are sick or contagious please reschedule your appointment for another time. Please try your best to give 48 hour notice.
