M’lis Contour/Detoxification Body Wrap

The M’lis contour wrap is a body treatment designed to cleanse the lymphatic and circulatory systems. The wrap formula was originally developed for those suffering from diabetes and other diseases where your circulation is inhibited.  It rids the body of waste material stored in the connective tissue through increased circulation.
Wraps can be done every 3-4 days. A series of six wraps is recommended.

Benefits:

  • Lose 4-14 inches per wrap!
  • Reduce water retention.
  • Remove toxins trapped in connective tissue that cause cellulite.
  • Increased Circulation
  • Improves skin elasticity and firmness, and hydrates the skin.

This wrap is not a weight loss wrap, a water loss wrap, or a spot treatment for targeted areas. It’s main purpose is detoxification.

Preparing for your wrap:

Body wrap contains niacin and cassia.

Prior to the wrap: drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day for 1 week prior to the wrap. If you are using the home care kit, start taking the cell-u-rid one week prior to the wrap. Use Maintain lotion daily and Buff exfoliate 3x a week.

1 day prior: Eat healthy foods (avoid processed foods, caffeine, carbonated drinks, refined sugar, white flour, and red meat) and drink plenty of water.

Day of: please bring a 2 piece bathing suit or a sports bra and workout shorts for the wrap. Don’t drink water 2 hours before the wrap, don’t use lotions, don’t shave, don’t apply heat sources or exercise immediately prior or following the wrap. Do not shower 6-8 hours following the wrap.

The best results require a healthy diet and 30 minutes of exercise a day. More permanent results are seen after a series of 3 or more wraps. If you are trying to loose weight a wrap is recommended for each 5lbs lost.

The wrap is contraindicated for those with a heart condition, especially those requiring blood thinners, those with epilepsy, for people who have cancer that has not been in remission for at least 2 years, and for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
