Manifestation – A Journey of Patience and Action

One of the biggest misconceptions with manifestation and law of attraction is the expectation that when you ask for what you want, you will receive it right away. Law of attraction is a great concept, but so hard to understand and implement in a way that works. Simply put, understanding the law of attraction is understanding that like attracts like.

We are all energetical beings, each of us vibrating at different frequencies. Every emotion, every thought, and every action we have has its own energetical frequency or vibration. So, what we attract to us is based around our thoughts, actions, and emotions. If we are constantly criticising ourselves and others we invite that criticism in to ourselves. If we are happy and joyful we attract happiness and joy in our lives.

But it isn’t so easy to just be happy, especially if you haven’t done the work to get there. Our emotions occur on a scale, emotions like fear and anger vibrate much lower than joy and love, so to jump from one vibration to the other is a difficult task. (See the emotional guidance scale)

To ask for love, we can not expect love to show up without doing the work to get there. Law of attraction and manifestation takes patience and action to get there. Asking for what you want is just the first step. The next steps involve reprogramming the thoughts and letting go of old emotions and moving up the emotional scale. Taking the necessary steps and actions and having patience on the journey.
