Protecting Your Energy

Do you feel drained at the end of the day? When you get home is your energy spent?

Today you encountered Sally, who talked your ear off about all her problems. You watched the news and again, disaster. Negativity is surrounding us every day, being thrown in our face constantly. With so much from the outside world pushing into our energy field, it is our duty to cleanse our energy so that we may vibrate higher. When we vibrate higher, the world around us is forced to as well.

Protecting your energy requires simple lifestyle changes that together help you to feel better and keep negativity bouncing off your energy field instead absorbing into it. Two major things I recommend for protecting your energy are meditation and journaling daily. Take at least 5 minutes a day to meditate and spend some time journaling to release your worries and stresses of the day.

In addition, keep yourself grounded by spending time in nature or exercising is essential. You can also visualize a white light from the divine, cleansing you and your energy, creating a shield of protection surrounding you. Take time for your self-care and personal rejuvenation. Take a bath with Epsom salts. Do things that you enjoy.

Really, the possibilities are endless. The real focus is you! Live for you, do things you enjoy and take care of yourself.
